In this era of COVID pandemic when everyone is trying to run away from their duties and responsibilities and there is an environment of darkness and negativity. Ray of hope comes from the Medical Fraternity where undergraduate Medical students from different Medical colleges want to serve humanity willingly by risking their life. Hrishita Chatterjee, a Medical student from ipgmer SSKM has written a letter to Dean of the college to give her duties in COVID ward. Similar mails were sent by Artira Mondal( from IQ city Durgapur), Sourav Mondal and Arindam Ghosh from ( IQ city Durgapur), Anshuman Mahto (North Bengal Medical college). They all are associated with NATIONAL MEDICOS ORGANISATION an all India nationalist organization of medicos inspired by Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. We nurture students in such a way so that they develop a sense of Sewa towards society and Nation said Dr Saurav Kumar Jha ( State secretary, National medicos organization, West Bengal). He added that during Amphan NMO conducted 48 health camps in Amphan affected areas of West Bengal in which more than 100 Doctors and students Participated. He further said that NMO conducted academic classes for Medical students as classes are not going on due to this pandemic. In this pandemic, Doctors are working like angels and the willingness of these students to serve the humanity by risking their life at this tender age is the epitome of service and dedication.
